In one test file 13 errors were hidden, some of them were extremely difficult to recognise. Our new software reliably discovered all errors: Report. One code test module is under development. This helps to discover wrong or too small barcodes.

Package leaflets of 1m² size have ended up in the folding box. However, this is not always due to a long regulatory section or the readability guideline. Frequently these paper monsters are created by a combination of different languages (in Belgium, Switzerland, ...) or the physical separation of different information levels.
Studies have long shown evidence that the package leaflet is frequently read not at all or only in part. Nor is it kept in order to be able to refer to it at a future date. At times this causes problems, which can be reduced. Will package leaflets with 1m² size work against this?
Information tends to be accepted and noticed more readily, once the volume is seen as realistic and manageable.
With the 3in1 Outsert 1 product is printed, separated and sealed = 100% safety against mix-ups.

Our extended range of services enables us to visualise all your packaging material right from the planning phase. For presentation purposes it is as well possible to extract individual high-resolution images from diverse perspectives, containing a photorealistic detail structure. Our high-quality tests were further improved. A profile for preflighting recognizes data and even hidden typographical errors.It has been developed and optimised in close cooperation with Stephan Jaeggi.
We have also introduced a tool for comparing PDF files pixel accurately. The tool is able to identify every single pixel difference in the files that are compared.
The system also provides a web interface for complete lifecycle management for packaging that can be leased by our customers.

27.02.2015 - Farewell celebration 
after 46 years of work
Mr. Gerhard Loritz had 46 - in his own words fulfilled - working years. He began his apprenticeship on 1st of May 1965.The company name changed over the years from “Erich Weber typotechnik” to “TypoData” and finally 2008 to “Typopharma GmbH”.
Gerhard Loritz experienced all phases of profound changes: the apprentice producing metal type proofs, the auditor proofreading photocomposition and finally the quality management officer. His introduction of ISO 9001 was an integral part of the success of our company. He remains active as a consultant for Typopharma.
His farewell party was celebrated at the Gasthaus Waldhorn in Lörrach.
Also present was his colleague from his former training school, Harald Wechlin, who later became his fellow worker at Typopharma for almost 16 years and took retirement recently as well.
We wish both of them all the best and would like to thank for the many years of successfull cooperation.

10.10.2014 - Certification of ISO successfully renewed
Every 3 years a large-scale recertification audit in accordance with "DIN ISO EN 9001:2008" is conducted by DQS, an approved certification body, which we again passed this year without any deviations.
Performing partially very complex tasks, we achieved an error rate of less than 0,07% in 2014, which brings us very close towards the zero-error objective.

and 3D models have always been part of our services. With our expert equipment we are now capable of providing product shots or portraits upon request within the short term. This high-resolution image was taken during a photo shoot on site at the local pharmacy.

Following the anual audit through an approved certification body
we were repeatedly awarded the coveted certificate "DIN ISO EN

However, that step alone does not go far enough: our security scenarios not only apply while we are processing your order, your data is entered in our securtiy systems right from the order entry stage. Just during this time of the year 2013 we hit a new record in number of orders and were still able to continue offering a high level of service and quality regarding our production processes.

We have new Apple Macintosh computers in use. The energy consumption and the environmental impact could be reduced.

Another historical Macintosh could be "fully functionally" acquired.
The Macintosh Plus was built unchanged from January 1986 to October 1990.
The external SCSI hard drive (underneath) with 20 MB was then the highest quality computing equipment.
Together with other exhibits (also added early iMacs) can be welcomely viewed.

Along with a system for Laetus (Pharma) code, now one especially for Code128 was introduced. This system allows the automatic placement of a Codes128 directly in the operational program.Thereby the one defined parameters are exactly met.
Confusion with other types of code and code numbers are excluded. Virtually every type of code of interest is realizable.

With a Macintosh SE30 in 1990 the founding stone was laid for a small museum. This model was in early 90s used as a file server for TypoData.Other exhibits are a Quadra900 of 1992 and a PowerBook 520c, 1994.
Of course, all exhibits are fully functional and are welcome to visitors.

07.01.2013 - Server test passed
In addition to monthly audits of backups performed, annual tests take place as well. The failure of the main internet line (cable) was simulated.
In a few minutes we were able to upgrade the entire network to the back-up Internet line (DSL).
Furthermore, short-term power failures and the failure of the UPS were simulated.
In both tests, the server continues to run on the available power supply and successfully completed the test series.

Typopharma now has a low-emission company car (150g/100 km). In addition, we use an E-Bike. In one week we drove 40 km on one battery charge (0,3 kWh).
